Get Up to 330% + 300 SpinsHow Withdrawals Work at Velobet
A Velobet Casino withdrawal starts from the cashier once your balance and identity are confirmed, and every request — including bank transfer — is paid out within 3 banking days. The minimum withdrawal is £10 or the equivalent in your chosen currency, and we cap payouts at £7,500 per week and £15,000 per month; VIPs on our loyalty programme can be granted higher limits. Full details on each payout method sit on our payment methods page. We settle withdrawals in GBP, USD or any of the crypto currencies we support — BTC, ETH, LTC, XRP, BCH, USDT, XMR and DASH — so you can cash out in the same currency you played with.
Large Wins and Payout Caps
If a single win exceeds £15,000, we settle it in monthly instalments of up to £15,000 each rather than one lump sum. For example, a player who deposits and wins £20,000 in a session would receive £15,000 in the first payout cycle, with the remaining £5,000 following in the next monthly instalment. The maximum win we pay out on a single bet or spin is the crypto equivalent of £100,000, though progressive jackpots are always paid in full regardless of size.
Deposits must be wagered at least once before they can be withdrawn; if that rollover is not met, 20% may be deducted from the amount requested, and processing costs can apply if bets placed since the last deposit come to less than three times its value.
Steps to Request a Payout
Follow these steps to request a Velobet withdrawal once your balance is ready to cash out, whether you are paying out in GBP, USD or crypto.
- Open My Account and complete your Personal Information — first name, last name, date of birth, mobile number, country, city and address — required for every withdrawal method except crypto, which skips this step.
- Submit your ID or passport plus proof of residence no older than 3 months, through the same cashier profile you completed at registration; verification is confirmed within 48 hours.
- Pick a payout method: Visa or Mastercard, bank transfer (not available for USD payouts), or crypto in BTC, BCH, ETH, LTC, XRP, DASH, XMR, XLM or USDT.
- Enter the amount, minimum £10, keeping within the £7,500 weekly and £15,000 monthly caps.
- Receive your funds within 3 banking days; any intermediary bank charges that apply are capped at £16.
- VIP players on our loyalty programme may be granted withdrawal limits above the standard £7,500/£15,000 caps.

What Can Hold Up a Payout
Verification is the most common reason a withdrawal is delayed. We ask for your name, email and date of birth, a valid ID or passport, and proof of residence dated within the last 3 months. Documents must be in Latin or Cyrillic script — anything else requires a short video verification call instead. We complete checks within 48 hours and keep verification records for 10 years. Accounts flagged as politically exposed persons (PEP) may be closed, with returned deposits subject to a 20% administration fee.
We do not accept payments from third parties, and a wallet or account shared between players is closed with a 20% settlement fee applied to the balance. This applies equally to cards, e-wallets and crypto wallets, regardless of the payout method chosen. Each payout method must belong to the account holder making the request.
Once funds have been played, they cannot be refunded. A request to cancel a withdrawal and return the funds to the balance must be made within 14 days of the original request — 30 days if the account was accessed by someone else — and we may ask for ID confirmation within 5 days. If a cancellation request is approved, the administration fee is deducted before the balance is restored, so a £500 withdrawal recalled under this rule could return as little as £400.
